Liquid Cosh -  please watch video. Knowing what extent the 'Liquid Cosh'  has been used in this fair sunny state,

Rapid Speech can be other things -  see http://people.tribe.net/4b0cf8c4-1fc3-4171-92d3-b0915985bf95/blog/3...  It is not uncommon for Health Professionals to wrongly diagnose one person, then subsequent offspring of that person.  If you read these references & search more on the subject..the 'drug'  is just a band aid - the more people they have on the books for 'mental health,'  the more dollars they get from government.   They got a huge injection of funds but I fail to see the benefit trickled down to those who need it.

''Very rapid Speech''  could be one attempts to explain oneself, the beggars won't listen!  ''Hostile, angry feelings?''

They stir me enough, Anger will come pouring out!  When times are slack, both police & disability services ( and/or mental health employees (management instigated)  they go out & make trouble,  & if you are on their records (as a kid I experienced their antics - up to end of working age)  so I do know what I am talking about.
