For more info on Vastra Dhauti, a method to cleanse the digestive tract from the mouth to the stomach by swallowing a piece of cotton 12' long by 3" wide, see Yuk Ping Ho my yoga student perform on YouTube. She completed the process within the 10 minutes required by the Lakulish International Fellowship Englightment Mission, as a qualification requirement of a certified yoga teacher. Certification issued by LIFE Mission is recognized by the American Yoga Teachers Association.
