That there is a DRM converter they sell them for $80 plus $10 shipping the last time I saw them. It converts the IF output @ 455 kHz all the way down to 12 kHz for the Dream software to decode the AM or Shortwave digital radio signal. I did buy a S450DLX, but don't have that converter.
