I'm pretty sure they assume any sudden weakness in someone over 50 is a possible stroke, the quicker they diagnose it, the less damage there is to the patient's nervous system. Yes they are covering something up most likely, come on, diagnosed with it on Friday, several of her staff down with various ailments over the past few weeks, why couldn't they have announced that right away? A simple statement like "HRC was diagnosed with walking pneumonia last Friday and the high temperatures of the day were too much for her. She felt that her presence at the service was too important for her miss if there was any way she could make it, but the day proved to be too much for her." Simple, short, and be honest about her illness, but that seems to be so far from how she and her campaign staff operates, that it only occurred to them once they saw all the the activity on social media about her condition.
