Sorry, I didn't name it, I hate snakes. This is a green bean that I bought that is an heirloom bean. They are a runner bean that seems to grow just as well in dry, wet, full sun or shade. It's a green bean and so far I haven't met a green bean I don't like, :) but my wife didn't. She only likes the 1/2 White Runner, Peanut Beans (aka Old Joe Clark), and then Greasyback.
If it will every stay dry long enough I bought some Dragon's Tongue and compare them to the Rattlesnake. Most of the heirloom beans had/have strange names as far as today's names. Anything I've seen with the name Hybrid or a number is usually a Franken Food.
