Idaho legislative candidate Patrick O’Brien explains his domestic battery, burglary charges
NAMPA — Patrick O’Brien, Idaho Legislative candidate for District 13A, released a statement this week explaining his past legal charges.
O’Brien was charged with domestic battery in 1998. That charge was later amended to disturbing the peace.
