If I can do it ANYONE can. You should keep at it Lauren. I did architectural renderings for 25yrs and boom.... all my builders are bankrupt now. So now working a "real" job and doing what I can with the time I have left in the day. Please share with me anything you put together and I'll be happy to link it at the below site. Yes ma'am... Thank you very much. All the characters are about 10" and a cross of a cartoon and a sculpture. Least I hope so... then I film them doing political stuff. Though I'm going hard after dems and neos, I do worry I may misrepresent the Libertarian views I'm trying to project in a favorable way. Actually, it's part of the reason I came here... to learn more about what I'm animating.
