Ha ha, I love company safety initiatives. They bum out every the time. Workers get "explanation" letters for non-compliance of policy and then you read in the contract...eg 'Company will provide staff with adequate safety clothing fit for the purpose', and all that can be said to that is, work place failed to provide adequate clothing, because it didn't fit him. Too big, too small, too tight, itchy allergies etc...... Safety starts with me ( in the workers opinion )
