Exposure - That's as good as US Gov't advise to prepare for terrorist attacks (biological, chemical or radiological attack) in 2003:

"In his advisory, Paulison recommended that households have on hand three days worth of water and food; an emergency supply kit for both home and automobile; radios with extra batteries; and plastic sheeting and duct tape to seal windows and doors."

They're sure have Diana; - here in the UK they advised people to remove their doors, lean them up against a wall, so as to make some kind of shelter whilst the nuclear attack was just minutes away!!

They've been doing this for a long time.  They used to have children hide under their desks to prepare for a nuclear attack from the Russians...like that would save 'em.  But they did manage to implant the fear and compliance.
