The sleeping sheep have to be disgraced or discouraged also to entice an awakened state, culturally this can happen naturally, sometimes in a fleeting moment. An example here would be Masks - which have been Strongly encouraged in the bogus lockdown, a few people have obliged but usually not for long. If I see someone that I slightly know I can't help but say Oh what are ya? a wussy?. Mockery is not uncommon. The accepted sentiment goes back to the days of H&S requirement overkills which themselves caused unforeseen accidents, delays, and loss of productivity until much of it was abandoned. It has its roots in the workplace and branches out into the community. It's not racist, or intentionally demeaning to a particular minority group, everyone (in this case wearing a mask) is treated with equal mock.
