The reason there are no Middle Eastern people (or Muslims, to be specific) is because "Europeans" have never really lauded, promoted and recognized any Middle Eastern person as a 'hero' comparable to the likes of Winston Churchill or Abraham Lincoln or Gandhi or Che Guevara! Also, perhaps, people in the Medieval times knew something more and closer to truth which was why the elite had to not only do all they could to keep that knowledge secret but even kill those who were outside their elite circle and had the knowledge that the elite wanted to keep to themselves and secretly hidden from every body else.
