 ~The Truth Warrior Gavin needs to update his opinion as new info has come to light ( that they don't want you to know about but all truth is hidden in plain sight anyway ) Smoking is very good for the brain and smokers have far less incidence of cognitive dissidence, memory impairment, brain fog and alzheimers disease. Of cause cigarette brands have nothing to do with it because all nicotine is good to go. I would suggest the anti 'smoke' types try nicotine patches that they can discreetly hide under their clothing in private to gain all the health benefits that smokers enjoy and no one need ever know about it. Another option is nicotine lollies or chewing tobacco or gum (even vape but as a very, very last resort because we don't know the long term effects of that stuff.) P.S - smoking and chewing tobacco long term totally rots the teeth out but hey you can replace teeth with false ones anytime but you can't replace your brain.
