This individual was employed at Eastern Washington University as an instructor in the Africana Education program and as president of the Spokane chapter of the NAACP and is only in this situation because people don't understand that race is only a "social construct".   Nobody wanted to hear, ‘I’m pan-African, pro-black, bisexual, an artist, mother and educator.’  It's all society's fault, she has to be authentic to herself.  <sarcasm>
