You're right lionhearted there is silence on the matter and already here the blood bank has stated that there is an 8% stock shortage. They should and would be out there running a blood donation drive but nothing. I did notice an update on their info site that said......" If you have travelled overseas And have received a covid19 vaccination please click here learn more. Blood Service now defers donors who have travelled to Any country in world for 28 days." (then when they the vaxed! click for 'more' they have to provide a when, who where, what one received, etc and if Any side effects have resulted are deferred until donor is in Good Health was their words) ~so that tells me no conditions for unvaxed travellers then? and there could be cause for concern then? But yet Silence. I suppose on second thoughts it would be fruitless organising a blood bank drive in this new normal and expect any sane pure blood to Be kind, Give blood, Save lives Knowing they are under the ministry of health. Nah they are shit out of luck. This is what they want pure blood in motion.
