Oh, um, disregard this. It's not a message of 'revolt', that's his nom de plume. They're (revolt) is from one of the local graffiti 'bomber' gangs, who's leader goes by 'Soak'. Was written up in the campus newspaper today. I also saw another 'revolt' throw-up on some rocks on the hill across the street from Camp San Luis. Sorry for the disappointing news. But I will have the other billboard picture I was talking about up by tomorrow.
