Ahhhh... must be that time 'O year again... The Annual "Rhinoplasty Surgeons Association Beauty Contest" That looks like one of the many level awards in the "Perfect symmetry" category! ....and B'ahhhh... it's just a "Best in Show" trophy (about 1 higher than 4th runner-up) Their kind of lame & boring contests (xcept when their held in Jamaica) Only starts to get good @ the swimsuit competition... that's where the doctor's are tested to their fullest potential...and the pressures on with 320lb husbands watching every move...and the plot thickens
... will they FlippityFloop's??... or FlippityFlap's??(Just hours later after this photo was taken, the person on the right in glasses {Patrick Nelson Finklestein} was discovered a transtesticle & immediately disqualified & banned from all future competitions for impersonating a woman)
