First of all I apologize that I rarely get in here to post, etc.. I have been very active documenting PCs (Persistent Contrails) and posting my stuff on FaceBook and just havent gotten in here much... Well I just thought Id post here to let you all know that I have been gaining some ground in Colorado on this matter! I was invited to U.S. Senator Udalls Colorado office yesterday to discuss these matters (a SMALL victory in itself). You may be asking why I call them Persistent Contrails…
