was off the net for a few months . Taken for supposedly downloading something i shouldnt have. at the same time i was put under investigation by a Special investigation unit for my name supposedly showing up red flagged in some state system . i was questioned  about comments i made on a form that was a  yearly renewel form for my work as a care provider. i noticed a new line on the page that id never seen before.  It stated that the patient and I would report to the governmnet within  10 days if we left the home "for any reason" including to go on vacation or to visit family. I couldnt believe  it said that. i refused to sign the form and i informed them it was martial law and that the patient was disabled not under house arrest.  I was later told by the supervising investigator that my statement on paper along with my overheard and documented comments by a local government puppet person  for the county, made it sound like i might be someone  who could commit a crime in the future and might not properly report to the government. " again I was floored. i told them that was my right to freedom of speech to say those things and to point out the ludicracy of the new forms, and that i had done nothing wrong. They told me id have to come down to thier office and sign some forms so they could  check into my  and the patients personnel records. I informed them i would not do any such thing that if they had a crime they wanted to charge me with take me to court and do it so i could properly defend myself . investigator became angry and we shouted at each other. they tried everything in the book to intimidate me into signing away my rights to privacy. i stood my ground and was told our conversation was over.  I was told then by one of thier social workers to be careful what i say as i might be considered to  be a noncopliant.  WTH? Ifelt like i had stepped into a bad futuristic sciencefiction movie.  Could not believe this was happening in my county.
