Actually you can just use Code of Federal Regulations Chapter/Title 21 Subpart B at 50.20.

§50.20   General requirements for informed consent.

Except as provided in §§50.23 and 50.24, no investigator may involve a human being as a subject in research covered by these regulations unless the investigator has obtained the legally effective informed consent of the subject or the subject's legally authorized representative. An investigator shall seek such consent only under circumstances that provide the prospective subject or the representative sufficient opportunity to consider whether or not to participate and that minimize the possibility of coercion or undue influence. The information that is given to the subject or the representative shall be in language understandable to the subject or the representative. No informed consent, whether oral or written, may include any exculpatory language through which the subject or the representative is made to waive or appear to waive any of the subject's legal rights, or releases or appears to release the investigator, the sponsor, the institution, or its agents from liability for negligence.

Chris on this portion of the statement,  'I will be happy to receive the vaccine on the proof of said virus was isolated and therefore existing.

I tell people this but they just shake their heads. 

The CDC claims that they did isolate the virus. 

Abstract

The etiologic agent of an outbreak of pneumonia in Wuhan, China, was identified as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 in January 2020. A patient in the United States was given a diagnosis of infection with this virus by the state of Washington and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on January 20, 2020. We isolated virus from nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal specimens from this patient and characterized the viral sequence, replication properties, and cell culture tropism. We found that the virus replicates to high titer in Vero-CCL81 cells and Vero E6 cells in the absence of trypsin. We also deposited the virus into 2 virus repositories, making it broadly available to the public health and research communities. We hope that open access to this reagent will expedite development of medical countermeasures.

What more information and proof do we have that the so called virus was not isolated?

the vaccine is responsible for exactly 0.00% of disease mitigation , cure or even therapies. It is responsible for the vast majority of mental illness deformities and cancers (non radioactive exposure induced). it was designed and implemented to bolster the pharmaceutical and medical industries and to cripple humanity's technological and physiological development. Watch the movie vaxxed. do you want to know why there were no special education programs at schools pre 1930s. Because there was no need for it. where are all the 50 year olds in wheelchairs and drooling in the malls and eating ice cream  cones upside down. Aside from those with brain trauma they dont exist and it all relates back to vaccines.

Chris, This is where we are, just look what this fat fkn slug does to this child in public.  the tricky words and pleading  ship has sailed we are under full scale attack in every facet of our lives being conditioned to accept more and more tyrannical orders from puffed up nothins. If you see fit to play word jousting with these demon more power to you

I can't answer for any but myself , I have been dressing myself for a long time and don't need no help paying my own way. I jealously guard my home and my GOD given freedom and see no need to interact with their corrupt courts and word smithery (lawyer talkie).I guess you know I'm pretty good at making up words to suite my needs LOL .

What I'm describing is an action behind the scene. "The pen is mightier than sword" still stands. We do it to prevent a gang of armed thugs beating down your door, before it happens.

Hey Chris, When a gang of armed thugs are beating down your door and six of the 12 gang members( bonified uniformed gubberment agents with pretty shiny badges) are barking six different orders you show em your papers ,I on the other hand will be handing out lead. Yes they will undoubtedly  kill us both but at least I will make sure some of them join us. They mean to kill us Chris,it really is just that simple.
