In a world 'operated' by 'THEIR' currency, several 'somebodies' know exactly where the money is, and that the chattel has no clue where the tax extortion actually goes, how it is spent , and how to stop the corruption.

I believe the 1 trillion that Rumsfeld spoke of turned very quickly into 2 trillion very shortly after that. A few years later I read that that amount was shy of reality and no one really knew what was missing. Now this.
