$1000 REWARD – Missing document

THE BC REFEDERATION PARTY WILL PAY $1000 TO THE FIRST PERSON WHO SENDS IN AN AUTHENTIC COPY OF A WRITTEN BC CONSTITUTION THAT HAS BEEN RATIFIED BY THE PEOPLE OF BC.

THE WINNING ENTRY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PROOF THAT THE CONSTITUTION WAS ACCEPTED BY THE PEOPLE OF BC IN A PROPERLY CONDUCTED VOTE.

BC STATUTES DO NOT QUALIFY AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR A LAWFUL CONSTITUTION. A STATUTE IS NOT A CONSTITUTION.

Terms and Conditions of the BC Refederation Party’s offer to pay $1000 for a people approved BC Constitution.

• 1 Definition of a constitution. – a written document defining and limiting the powers of the BC government, which has been approved by the voters of BC in a properly conducted vote. A constitution creates a lawful BC government.
• 2 A statute is a document created by the BC government. A statute cannot be a lawful constitution. No statute will be considered for this $1000 offer.
• 3 All entries must be received before midnight 31 Mar 2010. The first successful entry received will win. The decision of the BC Refederation Party executive will be final.
• 4 Submission of an entry is an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
