The problem is that the government is relying on "divide and conquer". In other words...so long as everyone within "The People" feels alone and isolated, no one will have the courage to stand up (and fight). They do this by infiltrating and subdividing "subversive" organizations (as an example, state militias) with the intent on monitoring activities and taking action as necessary. As hinted at before, another facet of this problem is the prevailing notion that physical confrontation will not be required to effect lasting change. There IS a storm coming...it's only a question of when, what, and how....
