Immunity is needed for the implementation of the Copenhagen treaty in my opinion.
The threat in Barry Soetoro's words is clear.
From his speech we can tell what he's been told to ask for.
That's globally verifiable transparency, responsibilty, accountability and enforcement of CO2 emissions.
Interpol can be the force they plan to use to oversee this massive global operation.
