Lately in Texarkana, Arkansas a strange appearance of a Martial Law style drill took place. In the town of about 30,000 people and home of the coined phrase “twice as nice”, an odd sight could be seen on February 28th, 2015. The sight was 38 US Army soldiers fully dressed in combat gear with training rifles crossing the road, doing a  “search and rescue type” drill, or training to do traffic stops on a common highway. The other option is that the US army personnel could have been training as if they were dropped into the nearby airfield and are preparing to lock down the airfield. They are crossing the road and heading to the woods nearby. This information was sent to Freedom Fighter Reports on March 10th 2015 by a resident in the town. Below is the statement by the resident.

“I live in Texarkana, Arkansas. Sometimes I can watch C-130s flying around in the sky during training missions from the Air Force Base in Little Rock, Arkansas. The C-130s are explainable, however on 2/28/15 I witnessed 38 (give or take) U.S. Army soldiers in full combat gear holding training rifles crossing the road and some alongside the road . I can find no local news report of why they were there or what they were doing.”

As stated above and shown below the soldiers are partaking in a drill, and the drill pertains to either locking down the streets for Martial Law, or drilling to find and capture dissidents in the event of Martial Law. With no warning of their drilling, or no news announcements residents could have assumed that they were under attack or that something was going on, luckily the resident who captured the images has well-trained eyes and spotted that they are only carrying training rifles which not everyone would be able to differentiate. Recently we reported about the “wellness checks” in South Carolina, where the local law enforcement teamed up with military personnel to go door to door and “check on the resident’s well-being” in the event of a natural disaster. Far too many times has the military personnel been on city streets and far too many times has the military been practicing for “natural disasters”. All of the drilling seems to have picked up after 2012.

The question that should be asked is, why are they training on our streets? They have bases and “training facilities” that are fully equipped for practice. Time and time again, they train in American-style scenarios and no corporate or state news agency will report on just what are they preparing for!
