The father of the accused, who lives in Iran, informed the court in a telephone conversation. According to this, Hussein K. would be 33 years old, at the time of the crime nearly 14 months ago he would have been 32 years old.
He himself claimed to be from Afghanistan and 17 years old. At the beginning of the trial he admitted, however, that he lied about his age. He did not name a concrete age, documents do not exist.
