Every now and then someone comes along who is so exceptional that they immediately capture the attention of those around them and quickly endear themselves to everyone they meet.  Such is the case with one 'Raquel'--a young patriot who is now engaged in a valiant fight for her life.

'Raquel' is a young woman in her early 20s recently diagnosed with extensive cancer and has thus been on life-support following serious surgery.  Many of her friends are those who have never met her in person but who nonetheless consider her to be a very special friend on the social networking site 'Twitter.'
