I never liked AARP, been a member for 3 yrs. Canceled it today due to the commercials supporting Obamacare.
First I phoned United Healthcare Insurance at 1 800 523 5800 to inquire if continued membership was required to have their insurance. It is not.
You only need to be a member to sign up or if you wish to change plans.
Next I phoned AARP at 1 888 678 2277 and canceled my membership.
Representative 'Judy' never even asked the reason for my canceling it. Shows you how much they value their members.
So now I am finished with this left wing bunch and hopefully all the junk they clog my mail box with will stop.
