The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Here we go again, news blitz on the budget while our rights are being destroyed by elected representatives.

YOU will be voting today to extend the three provisions of the "Patriot Act".
YOU should not be so quick to give up more of my liberties for so-called “security.”
Americans will be watching closely what you do today.
In my opinion, representatives have NO constitutional authority to take away rights guaranteed by the 4th Amendment and the Bill of Rights.
A vote to do so is declaring WAR on the American People.
Does Your Oath of Office mean anything?

Ignoring the Bill of Rights and overwhelming opposition from the American People, the House is expected to once again vote on the tyrannical “PATRIOT” Act this Monday.

H.R. 514 will be brought up under a closed rule, meaning there will be no amendments and no points of order against the bill and only one hour of debate.

Please contact at and by email to send a clear message that any vote for the “PATRIOT” Act is a vote against your civil liberties.

Last Tuesday, you and I were able to hand the statists a stinging defeat they were not expecting when they first brought H.R. 514 up for a vote under a suspension of the rules.

This time, it will be much easier for them to get the votes, since they only need a majority of the House.

That’s why it’s urgent you contact your representative immediately to let them know they should not be so quick to give up more of your liberties for so-called “security.”

The entire “PATRIOT” Act needs to be repealed, but right now, the three sunsetting provisions should be allowed to expire outrig

Never open a door to a LE officer, make them kick it in or break through a window if they want in. It protects you from them claiming probable cause in entering and you'll likely be found innocent under a technicality no matter whats planted or found through their illegal search.  If they have a warrent the previous does not apply just open the door and make sure to read the whole warrant and hold them to the letter of said document.

 

@op, I hear what your saying but even a full roll out of ML will take time about 12 hours and we will get word of the warning order via all the patriots in the system. Theres enough militia ready right now that if they went that route even with all police, feds, national guard and military it would be hell on earth. They will have to deal with looting/riots plus well trained heavily armed militia, not exactly a walk in the park. The more force they use the more people who are going to jump off the fence and join our side. If and when it comes, being prepared and having a response is all thats needed. I doubt that they will go this route anytime soon they still have a large bag of tricks they have yet to exhaust.

I had posted somewhere here the other day that listening to the Intelligence Committe that Pineta asked for approval of continous"roving wiretaps" instead of having to get them reinstated ever so often. He cried and cried his speel. Also that AZ police use a proceedure called "soft knock"-no warrant-just someone their interested in they go to that person home-knock and start talking to whoever answers the door and the next thing they are inside! I couldn't beleive it for christ sakes. Really out of control!
