If this were be heard from all over the world. Some media station would put this on one of their multicast channels. People who listen to this need to keep it low key to a profile. Just because we got this capability, this is another way for the someone on the network to log your IP address and time listening to this station and put in the statistics. Q: How would you feel if someone put a scanner in your neighborhood just to rebroadcast your transmissions of your FRS radio walkie -talkie communications for the whole world to hear? How would you feel? This is what the ECPA is talking about. Pittsburgh Police is not something you just gather over a million listeners like coast to coast AM or Alex Jones and listen in.
