It's Friday and payday thankfully, once my credits are issued to my RFID account I'll be able to buy some groceries finally, back in the day I used to always have a couple thousand dollars extra incase of emergency, gradually that became a couple hundred dollars in reserve, then finally I was one of "those people" living paycheck to paycheck, I just couldn't get a break.

I remember even if I was broke I could open my refrigerator or my cupboards and have mounds of food to choose from, I remember looking at all the food pasta, beans, canned fruit and thinking "damn not a damn thing to eat". Now my refrigerator and my cupboards are EMPTY towards payday. The other night I told my daughter we were gonna have a picnic and I rounded up some crackers, cheese, almonds and grapes and that was dinner. I put it all on nice plates and we went to the park with her mother and ate and I did my best to keep her laughing the whole time.....Do you know how hard it is to make a child forget they're hungry? I did it though I've been doing it for years.

I'm heading out to Sacramento tonite to take my friend Garret some groceries, he told me he had no food and that him and his wife and 3 children are going to have "prayer" for dinner. I'm going to sacrafice smoking for a week and buy them 20 credits worth of groceries, for that I can probably get a loaf of bread, cheese, coldcuts, chips, cookies, pasta, and some pasta sauce from the "2 dollar store".

Driving to Sacramento is dangerous, the biker gangs control the freeways and charge for the priviledge. Since it's impossible to give out my digital credits they usually will take a carton of smokes, canned meat, or Whisky. But they are not the scariest thing out there, there are these Blood Cults that roam around, some say they started back in 2010 during the Twilight movies era. It's scary knowing I'll be out there alone and even worse than that I'm leaving my daughter and her mother alone while I'm gone. They estimate around 10,000 people have been victimized by these blood cults and they don't hide, they dress very similar to what we used to call "Gothic" back in the day, and love being feared, but there are far more wannabe blood cultists out there than the real thing, so it's important to stay as safe as possible, always carry a legal sized knife, pepper spray, and if you are a rebel a gun.
