Perhaps with Victorias total stuff-up with blood glucose testing they should really be addressing the more urgent matters of HIV and hepatitis B & C and Then move on to pneumonia, lung cancer and staphylococcus and streptococcus cellulitis caused from reused masks. The health dept. there must be extremely incompedent to the point of a life threatening danger, or do they want to kill their own people with intent. What doctor or nurse in their right mind would reuse the same needles on over 200 people without a second thought for the disturbing harm and distress it would cause them not to mention the chance of an ongoing contagious life long disease. Andrews states that his State is the most progressive in the country. (yeah, progressing into insanity and death.)
