Somewhere in the story this guy is connected to the murder of Tracy Twyman. If I heard it correctly he was recently admitted into a psychiatric care facility.  The photo echoes of Fritz Springmeir and another guy related to MK Ultra.

Wow. This video response and Tracy seem oblivious to sound directed technology and weather control. She went to the FBI and then her computer went on the Fritz. They are part of the problem. MK Ultra programmers attaches demons to victims. Hive mind communicate without digital devices that we use. Whew.
