Located in Article 1 Section 8 Clause 10 of the Constitution for the united Sates of America, and as a verified historical FACT, every member of the Constitutional Convention had access to and relied upon the book Law of Nations by Vattel.

Further more, Article II and Article III had no power granted to those offices, POWER OR AUTHORITY MUST BE FIRST GRANTED BEFORE IT CAN BE VESTED.

The TRUE source of Authority for the Federal Government which is THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH AND ORGANIZATION CALLED CONGRESS ONLY comes from Article 1 Section 8, the Enumerated Powers Section, and specifically Clause 10, Offenses against the Law of Nations, by Emmerich Vattel.

Please get educated about this fact it makes all the difference and certainly adds clarity and understanding as to the HOW and WHY they continue to do things you consider to be Unconstitutional when in fact those actions are 100% Constitutional under the Authority of the Law of Nations Article 1 Section 8 Clause 10.
