Anyone 'required' to pay tax (be robbed blind) armed with this evidence, should refuse to incriminate him/her self and finance illegal business venture.
Sadly, you can spoon feed the people, do all the leg-work and vast majority won't stand up against the criminals. Fear of the 'authority' is paralysing, indeed.
