The author of this piece, Baxter Dmitry cites no sources, and is entirely speculative based on the cited Digital Economy Bill (which as an Act was passed in April 2017).
Since 2016 there have been no announcements that Hill's work comes under this legislation - in fact the Benny Hill show and compilation tribute shows have been aired in the UK in recent times - and the UK Govt are under enough ridicule as it is, without adding to it - especially given that former Conservative PM, David 'Pigfucker' Cameron is known for citing the whole of Hill's popular hit 'Ernie The Fastest Milkman In the West'.
