As far as being "careful"  what i post on line?  Don't make me laugh if you even look up the constitution or say 911 was an inside job guess what!  your on the kill or detain list already ~ here's my message to the fed traitor nazi spy guys who masterbate at the thought of pushing any of us around ~~

you cannot lose a right you are born with ~ the right to defend your life or the life of your loved ones ~ How have we become so dummied down that something so [self evident ]needs to be discussed by scholars? 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, ~ ~ This is what freedom is about to me ~~ how is this so difficult to understand unless there is evil afoot that would lie and DEEM IT ~  only for the Elite to understand~ How did our forefathers abolish there tyranny?  They had exhausted all talking points and it was time to ABOLISH IT WITH ANOTHER POINT ~   Patrick Henry said it best  http://www.history.org/media/audio/Libordth_short.mp3

Though breached by unlawful actions, Raub has not lost his 2nd amendment right, and the outcome of the pending suit against the Sheriff and FBI for unlawful arrest and detainment will be telling.  As sovereign beings, our rights are un-a-lien-able, no matter what breaches are perpetrated against them. 

The sheriff's actions against Raub were unconstitutional.  Publication of the pressures placed against the Chesterfield County, Virginia, Sheriff to carry out this unconstitutional detainment would be most illuminating.

As for the FBI, though no doubt there are (I hope) many agents within that agency that act with the highest integrity to uphold their oath to uphold and defend the constitution , too many are merely thugs for what we are eager to refer to as the Old World Odor.  Perhaps all should be required to attend a remedial class on the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Amendments, including the original 13th Amendment.
