Aug 12th, 2010 | By Keelan Balderson If you didn’t think the EU superstate was out of control, or thought
our membership didn’t really infringe on national sovereignty; think
again.
As reported on BBC Newsnight, the UK has been fined upwards of £150 million for not flying the hideous European flag nor using some of its logos in transactions.
Fines are made to companies and organizations that receive EU funding, but don’t openly pledge their allegiance.
We are now over a trillion in national debt and a lot of our financial burden comes from EU membership. If the Bureaucrats have the gall to slap a £150 Million fine for not bowing down to all powerful Europe, maybe it’s time to have that promised referendum, after all the same BBC claims David Cameron is Euroskeptic.
Unfortunately we live in reality. Cameron couldn’t be anti-Europe if he tried. The whole idea of Europe is to create a melting pot of cultures under one system of power – simply being Britain inside of Europe is not an option. We must proudly wave the EU flag and love our servitude.
