They start by listing big words like AWARE and BELIEVING and RECOGNIZING as if they are about to take on some noble cause! Guess that’s how psychopaths work!?!



Then they get to the articles. Article 1 tells us what certain words and term will mean when read in the proceeding articles. After you get over the initial anger of this ( and do it fast, Satan FEEDS off the stuff!), you can have your own little test experiment by changing those definitions to your own (ex: a) “Weather Modification activities” MEANS playing God and spreading chemicals to do it, or b)”Weather modification activities of mutual interest” MEANS collectively agreed forced genocide, or c)”Responsible agencies” means the criminals behind it that will doubt you until pigs fly, or even d)(rf) “Reporting requirements” means non-citizen backed laws written so only those INTERESTED know while the rest of the world is treated like a mushroom;fed crap and kept in the dark!)



Article 2 reporting such activities to the “In The Loop” people elsewhere, but the interesting paragragh is in subsection 3 where it states “(3) Nothing herein shall be construed to require transmission to the other responsible agency of information, the disclosure of which is prohibited by law, or of information which, in the judgment of the responsible agency, is proprietary information.” This is a fancy way of saying we don’t have to tell whoever WE decide SHOULDN’T know! And because each chemical mix has a patenet, only THOSE parties (and even THAT is a mabye) who own the patent and those involved in employing it need to know.

Then I go to Article 7 where it reads “Article VII. Nothing herein relates to or shall be construed to affect the question of responsibility or liability for weather modification activities, or to imply the existence of any generally applicable rule of international law.” Talk about double speak two faced! We can’t imply anything when THESE LAWS DON’T COME FROM US! But if they want to get snitty, what laws are they talking about? The one back in Article 2 where it said “the disclosure of which is prohibited by law, or of information which, in the judgment of the responsible agency, is proprietary information”! This is pure want my cake and eating it too! We can make a law about disclosure, but there are no laws. AND THEY WENT TO SCHOOL FOR THIS! These Luciferian Universities and learning centers certainly do create some GOOD LYARS! Like father, like sons I guess!?!


The entire thing is discusting in it’s whole because it is not “From The People” of any/or either nation (and this globally!). I nor my parents or grandparents are aware of ANY referendum or vote or questionaire or even consent forms to sign to partake of or be a willing test subject in these unproven and unchecked “Weather Modification Activities”. But what these officials will inform you on is that since you are registered in said country and agree to live under such conditions by submitting to everything they do, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO SAY! Abstract

A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.

What is claimed is:
1. A method of reducing atmospheric warming due to the greenhouse effect resulting from a layer of gases in the atmosphere which absorb strongly near infrared wavelength radiation, comprising the step of dispersing tiny particles of a material within the gases’ layer, the particle material characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said material has high emissivities with respect to radiation in the visible and far infrared wavelength spectra, and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength spectrum, whereby said tiny particles provide a means for converting infrared heat energy into far infrared radiation which is radiated into space.

2. The method of claim wherein said material comprises one or more of the oxides of metals.

3. The method of claim 1 wherein said material comprises aluminum oxide.

4. The method of claim 1 wherein said material comprises thorium oxide.

Thorium Oxide :produced mainly as a by-product of lanthanide and uranium production.Chemistry-The compound is RADIOACTIVE due to the radioactivity of thorium. Thorium dioxide can be used as a NUCLEAR FUEL.

Health effects of aluminum:when one is exposed to high concentrations, it can cause health problems. The water-soluble form of aluminum causes the harmful effects, these particles are called ions. Environmental effects of aluminum

The effects of aluminum have drawn our attention, mainly due to the acidifying problems. Aluminum may accumulate in plants and cause health problems for animals that consume these plants.

The concentrations of aluminum appear to be highest in acidified lakes. In these lakes the number of fish and amphibians is declining due to reactions of aluminum ions with proteins in the gills of fish and the embryo’s of frogs.High aluminum concentrations do not only cause effects upon fish, but also upon birds and other animals that consume contaminated fish and insects and upon animals that breathe in aluminum through air. The consequences for birds that consume contaminated fish are eggshell thinning and chicks with low birth-weights. The consequences for animals that breathe in aluminum through air may be lung problems, weight loss and a decline in activity.

Another negative environmental effect of aluminum is that its ions can react with phosphates, which causes phosphates to be less available to water organisms.High concentrations of aluminum may not only be found in acidified lakes and air, but also in the groundwater of acidified soils.
