Very Interesting. Very. Reminds me of the Wits Import Kits Glitch files from 2018 that appeared and then disappeared after they inadvertently hit the internet. Fact checkers invariably exposed the organisation behind the mess to be World Bank as they tried to clear up the rest of the mess. It didn't look good.
