"The" Bill of Rights could set you free . A couple of years back a group of men from England -out of all places, attempted to 'petition the Queen' over bogus traffic fines. At first they failed and the fines rolled on, However when they were able to prove Their Rights still existed Unchanged and current to this day, the fines were Cancelled. (they used Our rights -the same ones, to prove a point.) shame they had to go so far.
