4. "Infringed" This is the final word of the 2nd Amendment. Here's the definition of Infringed: 1913 Webster's Dictionary; "To hinder; to destroy; as, to infringe efficacy; to infringe delight or power, To break; to violate; to transgress; to neglect to fulfill or obey; as, to infringe a law, right, or contract."So we can now see that according to the U.S. Constitution that unless one violates any of the guidelines or uses a weapon to harm another human being obviously that the government cannot make ANY Laws infringing our RIGHT to bear arms. Let me include this 2nd Amendment. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Article VI of the Constitution states that all Laws in the Constitution "shall be the supreme Law of the Land" and that "any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." This last word "notwithstanding" is also important because this means that no Law shall ever be made to replace any Law of the Constitution. The Constitution was not made to protect the government from the people, but contrary; it was to protect the people from the control the government had on its citizens of the United States. Let us now look at the Legislation going through Congress this very year of 2009.

H.R. 45: "Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009": LINK: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h111-45 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Sec.101 "It shall be unlawful for any person other than a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector to possess a qualifying firearm on or after the applicable date, unless that person has been issued a firearm license." Sec. 102 Application Requirements include and must be submitted to the attorney general a passport I.D. photo, name address, date and place of birth, other names used, clear thumb print, certification stating you will keep weapon stored and away from anyone under 18 (So much for using it for protection; good luck for those of you like me that keep a weapon by the bed. Now try unlocking your safe in case of a burglary in time), firearms passed exam, and mental health records if any. (There aren’t too many regulations; but wait, there's more). There's a lot more, but read the Bill and contact your Congress Members. This is by all means against the Constitution.

Same exact thing is found at the top of S. 1317. Now suspected Terrorists; what does the government now consider a terrorist? Well, this quote includes "Patriots, Constitutionalists and Law abiding citizens. In fact at the time of writing this 0357 am on the date of 16/10/2009 there are currently 1,301,637 United States Citizens on this list and rising at approximately over 20,000 every month.
