Like you folks I want to see Obama removed from office.  NOT BY IMPEACHMENT!!  He is an enemy foreign agent guilty of espionage!  Also he is eligible to be tried for sedition, usurpation of a federal office and for violation of RICO Statutes.  I not only have seen a copy of his actual and legitimate birth certificate emanating from Coast General Hospital in Mombasa but I have what purports to be a copy of it!  Having worked in a hospital setting I can tell you that this document is far superior to those forgeries his minions have presented as a legitimate documents!   The copy I have has all the hallmarks of the real thing; if it is a forgery it is one of the best I have ever seen.  Hence I am willing to submit it as genuine.  Therefore, as a foreign agent and illegal occupant of the White House, Obama is NOT eligible for impeachment as the Constitution is very clear as it reserves impeachment for a legal sitting president only.  Furthermore, should we make the very dangerous mistake of impeaching the Criminal-in-Chief that would legitimize every document signed, every law signed, every appointment made, including the two communists he inserted into the US Supreme Court, as well as all the leftist lower federal court judges he has placed in office.  This would also legitimize all the 40 or so czars who control various aspects of our lives which he has placed in the various offices in the Executive Branch of government! These stay in place even if he loses an impeachment because impeachment treats him as a legitimate president!  If on the other hand, should he be found guilty of the breaches of law I have just outlined then EVERY ONE OF HIS ACTIONS WOULD IMMEDIATELY BECOME NULL AN VOID!  ALL OF THEM WITHOUT EXCEPTION!  A criminal cannot operate legally in the White House!  He is not even eligible to be in our country!  After trial by a military court because he is a foreign agent, then under the Articles of War he would be subject to the harshest wartime punishment and I do NOT refer to imprisonment!  We could also try most of his sycophants for conspiracy with a foreign agent, up to and including his fellow schemer, Joe Biden!  Also in peril for conspiring with an enemy would be a great many of the so-called Democrats (really leftists, socialists, communists and welfare status) such as Holder, Reid, Pelosi, and various others in the House and the Senate.  How wonderful that would be!  Trial by military tribunal is the best and most efficient way to deal with this cursed Moslem/Marxist enemy who is busily destroying our Republic!  He is that very same agent who bows to Moslem potentates as he kisses their hand.  No legitimate president bows and makes himself subservient to ANY FOREIGN power! The civilian courts could deal with his collaborators because they are citizens.  People keep in your minds that we are in the most serious constitutional crisis in our history as these Marxists/Moslems are out to destroy our very Nation, including all the liberties we have.  In effect, these agents are working in behalf of foreign powers who are dedicated to make us slaves and vassals in what would become a Marxist/Moslem nation.  Is this what you really want?  Are you willing to do what it takes to protect and restore our nation for the sake of our children and historical posterity?  Are you willing to invoke the Declaration of Independence and take up arms to rescue our once grand and most magnificent Republic should that option become our only salvation?

You are missing half the picture... Congress, Senate have Republican’s too... They all are guilty of what you just indicted only half the culprits for the very same reasons. It does not end there absolutely not. SCOTUS which legislates from the bench and violates the constitution at every turn as they grant these illegal activities consent and authority. FDA Sect of Treasury Fed Chairman Homeland Security Dept of Ed EPA TSA IRS every Czar. All operating in violation of our constitution and violating our civil rights and constitutional liberties. Banks Oil Pharmaceuticals AMA AUTO etc these powerhouses and their minions those lobbyist (most lawyers) that bribe our legislator's into doing their biding while enslaving the entire population to unspeakable atrocities. All in the name of money and personal wealth. I could go on but I think you see this is not a one sided affair. In any event I do think you are absolutely correct in your assessment of the situation. This is the body that has robbed every American of their FREEDOM. Has help institute socialism and slavery at every level of society and indeed around the world. All men are created equal. All men have God given right's of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness!
