Let us examine history and how it tends to curiously repeat itself time and again. If we are to focus on the current sociopolitical climate in the United States it would be impossible to do so without drawing historic parallels in light of the influences and events that are clearly identifiable.

In the twentieth century alone we can find past lessons that illustrate for us just where the current leftist and liberal movements are attempting to thrust our Constitutional republic. In 1913 President Woodrow Wilson, a consummate progressive, allowed the passage of the Revenue Act which not only resurrected the Federal Reserve, but also created the IRS. This grievous piece of legislation could only have been achieved through the enactment of the 16th Amendment contrived by Frank Knox, a former attorney for many wealthy families. As the vote was taken among senators during Christmas vacation, many of the votes were deemed “Pass” which did not mean, approval, but meant that they would not vote on the measure at this time. Yet, these refusals to approve the bill were counted as votes for the bill. President Andrew Jackson 75 years before had abolished a central bank and for good reason, it allowed for European banks to exert foreign control over our markets and commerce. Unbeknownst to the American people, they had been stabbed in the back for generations to come.

 Tyranny was implanted into our financial system. The very centralized banking system that promised economic stability demonstrated one of the biggest lies in history when the stock market crashed in 1929 just 16 years later, and spawned massive bank failures in the coming years which accounted for the loss of many American’s life savings. This is emblematic of the betrayal consistently demonstrated by liberal government, and how the suffering of the American public has resulted in the wake of failed statist policy. Social control was the motive.

Today we again struggle as banking insolvency is prevalent, government cooked statistics hide the level of true unemployment, and another progressive president falsely assures us that more spending and more regulation will somehow remedy our dire circumstance. President Obama’s inept proposals could not be further from the truth just as President Woodrow Wilson’s efforts were in 1913.

Fascism is defined as a government that does not reflect the will of its people, but instead, regulates and interferes with the lives of its citizens to the point of tyrannical suppression. Fascists are masters of manipulating the media in order to justify their stifling policies just as Joseph Goebbles did as propaganda minister for Hitler’s Nazi regime. You may have heard Glen Beck often mention that he fears the Reichstag moment in our country under the present Obama regime. If you don’t know the reference that he is making, let’s take a grim visit back into the blood soaked pages of recent history.

The burning of the Reichstag building in Berlin, Germany is generally accepted as a false flag operation master minded by the Nazi party in order to enable the introduction of a draconian crack down on individual rights. Under the aegis of uncovering a Communist party plot to take over the German government, Hitler, then Chancellor, pushed President Paul von Hindenburg to pass an emergency powers act in order to supposedly stifle the Communist Party of Germany’s open confrontation of German society. Three conspirators were rounded up, one, an unemployed brick layer of unsound mind found in the building at the time of the fire would later be executed.

Two media oriented bills that many feel have been liberally compromised by the federal government in order to actually force progressive content and suppress conservative view point are Equal Time Rule and the Disclose Act. Both of these measures have intentionally deceptive terminology.

Equal Time Rule was supposedly enacted so that opposing political parties could get equal air time on TV, radio, and other mediums. Yet, in recent years the new interpretation by the FCC of this law has led to the federal government funding of failed liberal biased publications that have bankrupted and gone out of business. This, they reason, would continue to uphold an equal voice in political opinion even though these leftist publishers have failed due to lack of public interest and in complete opposition to tenets of  free enterprise, our federal government forces tax payers to finance failed socialist rhetoric.

The Disclose Act was characterized best by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who charged that unpopular Democrat leaders could silence their opposition and exempt their election contributors from attacking the First Amendment. Even with a GOP filibuster to block the enactment of this bill, Senate Majority Leader (D) Harry Reid voted not to allow this piece of legislation to be reintroduced at a later date.

Control of the media is a major facet in the overthrow of a government so that it falls into the hands of fascist rule. Democrats under the Obama administration have been brazen in their efforts to introduce bills aimed at suppressing opposition to their policies while undermining our Constitutional rights. History will always repeat itself when it goes unheeded by opportunists bent on their own delusional vision of controlling society.

Mark Levin recalled on a recent radio show that when he first entered public service under the Reagan administration he was handed a copy of “Rules For Radicals” a work of Saul Alinsky, a community agitator, who advocated not only socialist take over of America, but by any means possible. Levin, pointing out that the handbook was widely distributed all over the streets of Washington DC, he did indeed read it. You must know the intentions of your enemy when the fight is for freedom. This particular handbook has been used widely by such organizations as ACORN whose offices have been raided in several cities under charges of embezzlement and fraud.
