Dealing with debt collectors on the phone
I had an phone call 8.10am. Here is the transcript:
she: May I speak with Christopher?
I : You may address me as Chris
she: Christopher Masters?
I : Christopher Masters is a name of the trust account.
she: What is your last name? (after a long pause)
I : I don't have last name, I use family name.
she: click.... hanged up

I don't see anything funny about it. In our commercial world every letter or phone call is an offer of contract. You can consent to it, or decline it.
