‘CUT THEM OFF AT THE PASS’, SPOKESMAN SAYS REGARDING ‘CONCERNED CITIZENS’

Gary Fanchi literally decodes what is currently known about the upcoming and out-of-place military exercise known as JADE HELM 15.

In the video a military spokesman confirmed participants, working hand-and-hand with law enforcement, will be carrying real weapons loaded with “blank ammunition”. The spokesman also said the exercise will bring revenue to the local economy.
It was also mentioned how they will typically move in ’6-man teams’ inside the city.
The U.S. Department of Defense is heading up Operational Command (OPCOM).
The spokesman also said that participants may be wearing “mixed attire” and will even be driving “civilian vehicles”.
“Medics” will be present ready for “casualties”.
Additionally participants will all be wearing an “armband” bearing a specific symbol.
