The Dept of Homeland Security has issued this bulletin because there could possibly be mass poisoning, "adulteration", of food products. To reach Americans on a massive scale, there must first be accessibility on a massive scale. Or at least many distribution points.
One thing is consistent in every state, city and neighborhood: The corner convenient stores. Who owns ALL of them in your neighborhood?

That's been going on a long time. Various endocrine disruptors have been introduced to Western diets for decades. While they have been fastidiously prevented in certain areas. This is social engineering, on a racial basis.
