Friend of mine, the man I did this video with, told me off camera that he was sitting in bumper to bumper traffic on I395 at the time, that runs adjacent to the south side of the pentagon, with his sunroof open.
He did not see anything, however, he told me that he heard a single, small, jet engine, whining at extreme revs during final maneuvers, then boom... and he felt his car shake...
At the time I could only see the smoke from my home in Arlington Virginia.
