Doom and gloom

Can spread in the glow

Of your decision

Cast upon the waters of light

Or in the flight

Being your own right

From the path of life

You follow

Happiness and joy

Is within the heart

From the start

For all in life

Without any strife

If in such

One wants to wallow

But two masters

You cannot follow

For that would surely start

A rend of the heart

By contending emotions

Leading to being hollow

A bipolar existence

Without equilibrium

Is bound to put you off balance

But don’t blame another

For all your bother

When you took things upon yourself

As no one can make another break

A decision

They can sway or guile you

If you let your guard down

But then it’s you

Who has to wear the frown

Of hesitation

So take up your chalice

Your cup running over

With wise decision

For your lot is that

Of which you get

From your God given freedom of choice

Cast from your own emission

By your decision.
