It’s time to get an overview when the new full-time president of the European Union said (as shown by the BBC)
that “2009 is also the first year of global governance,” and when major
newspapers print articles with headlines such as the following (to name
a few), Reuters: “EU backs global financial transaction tax”,
The Telegraph: “There’ll be nowhere to run from the new world
government” and “Copenhagen climate summit: plan for EU to
police countries’ emissions”. A few paragraphs of those articles
are worth a read but first let’s look at documents from the United
Nations it’s self on this world governing system.

Crises are great for introducing and updating big ideas but Global Governance has been in the pike for a long time. In 2005 before the financial crisis the UN held a summit on the coming update to Global
Governance (but the planning goes back much longer than this as we’ll
see):

World Trade Organisation Director-General, Pascal Lamy, in a speech published by the World Trade Organisation on the 9th of the 11th 09 said: “The global economic crisis we are witnessing has accelerated the
move towards a new architecture of global governance”

In March 2009 at the European Parliament Gordon Brown, UK prime minister, made a very bizarre statement. “Some of you will know that for many years I’ve advanced the case for a global Europe and for
the economic reforms to make it happen,” he said (the video can be
watched here ).
At that time it seemed one of the greatest oxymorons ever spoken,
however a few months later the one-world/global governance plan with the
EU’s part to play would start revealing it’s self as reality.

“Copenhagen climate summit: plan for EU to police countries’ emissions

“Gordon Brown is drawing up plans for the European Union to become a global warming ‘policeman’, monitoring individual countries’ compliance with carbon-cutting targets. Mr Brown and French President Nicholas
Sarkozy now are working proposals for a ‘European monitoring
organisation’ that will oversee every country’s actions on
emissions. He said: ‘I will work with President Sarkozy for a European
organisation that will monitor the transparency that is being achieved
not just in Europe and our own countries, but in every country
around the world.’ At Copenhagen the scheme was widely supported.”

In October of 2008 at the European Parliament Nicolas Sarkozy, French President, proposed a “New World Governance” in the face of “the drama created by
the financial crisis.” At the same meetings the EU Commission president,
Barroso, said, “the goal should be to devise a system of global
financial governance”.

This plan, and even the terminology, goes back a very long time, longer than the following extract even. On page 173 from the book Toward a Better World (1987) by the Communist Soviet Union leader Mikhail
Gorbachev, he states:

“In the economic sphere: -exclusion of all forms of discrimination from international practice; renunciation of the policy of economic blockades and sanctions if this is not directly envisaged in
the recommendations of the world community; -joint quest for ways for a
just settlement of the problem of debts; -establishment of a new
world economic order guaranteeing equal economic security to all
countries;”

The former Communist boss now gets a pay check to head Green Cross International, called Global Green in the U.S, by which he sticks on eco-friendly terminology to communist Marxism indoctrination. Sells
it with the same beautiful ideology which tricked the people of the
Soviet Union but with a “CO2” and a “sustainability” thrown in here and
there. A micro-managed efficient society. They even have Hollywood
actors working for them such as Brad Pitt. Gorbachev said a number of
times that the belief system of the 21st century, the religious faith
for the 21st century, would be in mother nature so it’s not surprising
he called this global influential organisation Green Cross.
Gorbachev is a big player/actor on the world stage and his organisation
has weight at the United Nations because one of the UN’s core principals
is that large powerful non-governmental organisations (NGOs) somehow
represent the working population of the world. This is how the mass of
unelected bureaucrats at the United Nations organisation legitimise they
are governing on behalf of the people.

Other famous CO2 promoters agree with Gorbachev. Having respect not to dump nuclear power waste into the oceans and having blind faith worshipping nature, sanctifying it as holly are two different issues not
to get mixed up in the mind. In the politician’s book titled Earth
in the Balance the author Al Gore wrote, “The fate of mankind, as
well as of religion, depends upon the emergence of a new faith
in the future. Armed with such a faith, we might find it
possible to resanctify the earth.”

The International Monetary Fund’s quarterly publication printed the following in 2007 and discussed the “age of massive economic and social transformation” they just happen to know “lies ahead” for all
of us:

“The lasting effect, however, is that we have inherited a system that is fragmented and that relies heavily, perhaps too heavily, on market forces, competition, and ad hoc public reactions to try to
channel energies and allocate resources. Specialized technical expertise
by itself is unlikely to be fully effective if it is not guided
by a global and holistic vision.

“In addition, nongovernmental organizations have proliferated to represent the interests of civil society, business, labor, and religions”

“Much attention has been focused recently on reforming international institutions to make them both more effective and more politically legitimate. […] a means must be found to integrate the sectoral
focus of these institutions into a comprehensive framework for dealing
with common global challenges. That consideration suggests a need for a new
governance mechanism at the apex of the global system.
The fragmented international system of today is composed of multiple
institutions, agencies, and actors with specialized mandates. What is
required is a transition to a global system of reformed
institutions and new governance mechanisms that can harness
diverse energies and resources in a cohesive way to respond effectively
to urgent global challenges in the age of massive economic and
social transformation that lies ahead.”

Plato and other higher ups knew that in governance you always have conflicts and between those compromises occur. If you want to successfully introduce an agenda you split it into two conflicting
extremes. You could have Communism (thesis) and Capitalism
(anti-thesis); a socialist state integrated economically with private
corporations would be called the synthesis (the blend of the two). On
the 8th of Jan 2009 Sarkozy spoke of this Communist-Capitalism blend, as
published by CNBC .
Sarkozy said, “In capitalism of the 21st century, there is room for the
state.” At the Fourth World Congress meeting in 1987 United Nations man Maurice
Strong was recorded saying, “there is no better person, he
epitomises in his own life that positive synthesis between
environment conservation on the one hand and economics on the other. And
I’m just delighted to have this opportunity of introducing to you
Edmund de Rothschild.” That recording can be heard in this video.
De Rothschild’s are a multi-trillion dollar old money banking
family to which people like Maurice Strong grovel. The world can thank
the De Rothschilds for dishing out the money and credit nations so
badly need to survive in the system. So called capitalist like
these are driving the low-carbon society agenda with global governance
ideology, along with various war criminals like Henry Kissinger.

For ten years from 1981 to 1991 nobody could see the French President, Mitterrand, without first going through Jacques Attali his number one advisor. Attali was also the president for the European
Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Attali is a real insider.
He wrote a book titled Millennium - Winners and Losers in the Coming
World Order. It was published in 1992 long before corporate
newspapers made people talk about carbon-footprints and in the book he
said populations of the world would pay CO2 taxes.

In Ireland they’ve been paying CO2 based motor tax and in 2010 the French will lead the way for other governments to copy. On Sept 11 2009 the Irish
Times reported that France would impose carbon tax charged per
tonne on individuals and businesses. Nicolas Sarkozy attempted to
justify the new taxes by using a line that could have been taken from a
Hollywood B movie when he said, “It’s a question of survival of the
human race.” And like an Aldous Huxley novel he went on to talk about
behaviour modification of the masses when he revealed, “there is one
objective: to encourage homes and businesses to change their behaviour.”
Nicolas Sarkozy’s speech would not have come across cosy to people
struggling to pay the current taxes who recently watched billions handed
over to unscrupulous bankrupt banks. It’s more of a sarcoma policy that
nicks further of the public’s laboriously earned money and part of the
bigger agenda.

In Atalli’s book he also wrote about the U.S. falling in economic status in the “new world order” and an Asian nation taking over its role. Thanks to the U.S. government trade agreements allowing the
transfer of manufacturing to their communist foes, China, and even
subsidising large companies for the move, what Atalli quietly let out of
the bag has happened. Millions of high-tech jobs have also been
outsourced to Asia for the last few years. China is a
Communist-Capitalism system now overlaid with green terminology. Even
forced abortions for those not rich enough to pay for the one child
policy exemption are being labelled as eco-friendly. As Reuters
published in 2008, “its one-child policy has helped the fight
against global warming by avoiding 300 million births”.

Atalli did not have a shiny crystal ball; transferring industry from the west to China was the implementation of a plan. Mao’s communist China was adored by the top western capitalists. Below is a 1973 article
from the New York Times (10 August) written by elite banker and
environmentalist David Rockefeller (while he was the chairman of the
Chase Manhattan Bank) about his visit to China and Mao (who murdered
millions of people). Rockefeller wrote, “Whatever the price of
the Chinese Revolution, it has obviously succeeded not only in producing
more efficient and dedicated administration, but also in
fostering high morale and community of purpose. The social
experiment in China under Chairman Mao’s leadership is one of the most
important and successful in human history.”

If you think giant so-called capitalist corporations are against the idea of Global Warming restrictions, think again and deeper. The Times (29/04/2008) published the following: “One of America’s most
powerful families will call tomorrow for a sweeping shake-up at the top
of ExxonMobil, the world’s largest company […] to split the role of
chief executive and chairman of the board at the oil and gas group, a
role held by Rex Tillerson. John D. Rockefeller, who founded Exxon’s
predecessor Standard Oil in 1870 […] More than 100 Rockefeller
descendants hold a significant stake in Exxon through a variety of
trusts, but the exact percentage is unknown. In 2006 Senator Jay
Rockefeller wrote to Mr Tillerson urging the company to stop funding
groups that denied the existence of climate change.”

Large corporations absolutely adore making new money from Carbon-Tax trading, governments giving them millions in Global Warming grants, and most of all communist-capitalism (such as China has) is a safe haven for
‘CO2 efficient’ monopolies or cartels of global corporations. The
propaganda selling-point is that monopolies produce less CO2 than if
thousands of little companies were producing similar products. The
Soviet Union had the same line that monopolies were more ‘efficient’
but without the CO2 marketing of course. When so called capitalist
David Rockefeller said “competition is a sin” that statement would come
across as ironic only to those who don’t understand. Don’t
understand that corporations aspire to be monopolies and get subsidised
by the state. Trillion-dollar banking families through Private Trusts
can own majority holdings in as many companies they wish. Because they
are private it’s almost impossible to find out what companies they own
and what percentages they hold. Private Trusts and
Foundations are one of the loopholes to ‘conflict of interest’ laws and
it’s meant to be that way. As the expression goes “those who own the
gold…”

Lets have a look at what a highly respected person (by the wealthy establishment) has said on this matter. Lord Bertrand Russell, 3rd Earl Russell, was a non-fiction author. For his work he was awarded a Nobel
Prize and the United Nations presented him with the Educational,
Scientific and Cultural (Kalinga) Prize. He
also worked on the education of young children. In his book written in
1952, The Impact of Science on Society, he recommended:

On sustainable society Lord Russell said: “a scientific world society cannot be stable unless there is a world government”

On perceptions of micro-managed governance the Lord said: “For some reason which I have failed to understand, many people like the system when it is Russian but disliked the very
same system when it was German. I am compelled to think that
this is due to the power of labels; these people like whatever
is labelled ‘Left’ without examining whether the label has any
justification.”
- Now the label goes under a nice colour green.

Global warming experts, paid by state grants, now tell us we have to have the view the fight against climate change in a war like manner because as Sarkozy sells it, “It’s a question of survival of the
human race.”
This is what Lord Earl Russell had to say on war mentality:
“It is the war mentality that gives officials and governments
their opportunity. It is therefore only natural that officials and
governments are prone to foster war mentality.”
- When you know this it’s not surprising that the EU Commission
President, Barroso, at the EU parliament (Oct 2008) said the following
about the banks cutting off the credit, “the kind of occasion where the
crisis calls in to question all certainties and minds are more open to
change, these are very special moments.”

Schools have a centralised state curriculum which does implement recommendations from UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) and governments sign legally binding
international agreements with the UN. The official belief from
the UN and government politicians is that we must become a low carbon
society and children are taught/trained about this in school.
On schools and public opinion the Lord said:
“The completeness of the resulting control over opinion depends
in various ways upon scientific technique. Where all
children go to school, and all schools are controlled by the
government, the authorities can close the minds of the
young to everything contrary to official orthodoxy.”

On the green communist-capitalism agenda the Lord said: “If raw materials are not to be used up too fast, there must not be free competition for their acquisition and use but an international
authority to ration them in such quantities as may from time to
time seem compatible with continued industrial prosperity. And similar
considerations apply to soil conservation.”
“To deal with this problem it will be necessary to find ways of
preventing an increase in world population. If this is to be
done otherwise than by wars, pestilence, and famines, it will demand a
powerful international authority.”
- With “soil conservation” the UN award winner is talking about a global
authority having control over farming (food production). The Soviet
Union took over control of farming in the Ukraine, exported all the food
out causing a man-made famine which killed millions. See the

This highly respected elite was a true intelligent, claim, cold psychopath and the following paragraph confirms that: “War, as I remarked a moment ago, has hitherto been disappointing in this
respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove more
effective. If a Black Death could be spread throughout the world once in
every generation survivors could procreate freely without making the world
too full. There would be nothing in this to offend the consciences
of the devout or to restrain the ambitions of nationalists. The sate of
affairs might be somewhat unpleasant, but what of that? Really
high-minded people are indifferent to happiness, especially
other people’s.”

You might notice on Google books that pages are missing from this book and a little piece of text tells you that these pages “are not shown in this preview”. Hundreds of pages are shown but important parts
revealing the Nobel and UN prizewinner to be a psychopath are missing.
To view the most important pieces of information you’ll have to check
the physical book out of the library or purchase one at a bookshop (the
older the reprint edition the better).

You’ll find intelligent ruthless psychopaths who can control their emotions perform much better than normal individuals in a survival of the fittest economic or hierarchical power system and at the
very peak they are psychopathic (as the vice-president of the U.S.
National Association of Chiefs of Police also observed
). Charles Galton Darwin was no different, the grandson of Charles
Darwin, and in his book he explains: “If then there is ever to be a world
government, it will have to function as government do now,
in the sense that it will have to coerce a minority - and
indeed it may often be a majority into doing things they do
not want to do.”

Aldous Huxley’s big brother, Julian, was one of the founders of UNESCO and the first Director had no problem lying to and manipulating the public as psychopaths do. Julian, also a considerable award winner
like Russell, wrote a report titled UNESCO Its Purpose and Its
Philosophy (1946). It stated the following:

“Taking the techniques of persuasion and information and true propaganda that we have learnt to apply nationally in war, and deliberately bending them to
the international tasks of peace, if necessary utilising them,
as Lenin envisaged, to ‘overcome the resistance of millions’ to
desirable change. Using drama to reveal reality and art as the
method by which, in Sir Stephen Tallent’s words, ‘truth becomes
impressive and living principle of action,’ and aiming to produce that
concerted effort which, to quote Grierson once more, needs a background
of faith and a sense of destiny. This must be a mass
philosophy, a mass creed, and it can never be achieved without
the use of the media of mass communication. Unesco, in the
press of its detailed work, must never forget this enormous fact.”

In his report he also mentioned how the minds of the public after decades of education/propaganda can be made to accept anything even what his extremely affluent father believed. His father believed the
poor-lower class (English or Japanese or any others) were a different
breed than his wealthy aristocrat type on the top and to eradicate
poverty the population of the unwealthy must breed less (like China’s
environmentally friendly one child policy). In the director of UNESCO’s
report he wrote the following:

“Thus even though it is quite true that any radical eugenic policy will be for many years politically and psychologically impossible, it will be important for Unesco to see that the eugenic
problem is examined with the greatest care, and that the public
mind is informed of the issues at stake so that much that
now is unthinkable may at least become thinkable.”

This technique also goes for ideas such as global governance. And a low-carbon society will be for the lower-downs (us). The foundations for global governance has been laid, in the minds of the public, which can
and are being built upon. It is now acceptable/thinkable for the idea to
be discussed in the media. With the previous unthinkable about reducing
the numbers of us (the unwealthy) you’d be hard pressed to find someone
high-up in the media’s eye that is against it. The Times last year actually reported the following
high-ups had meetings on controlling the world’s population: David
Rockefeller, Ted Tuner, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, George Soros,
Michael Bloomberg, Oprah Winfrey. You’ll find top
government directors and advisors
want drastic population reduction and more and more celebrities such as
Sir David
Attenborough are coming out driving this previously unthinkable
revulsion of humanity.

Legalistic business minded psychopaths with all the money in the world make long range plans, and like a good obsessed psychopath they follow through with those plans. That is the agenda we were born into,
are living through and the plan for where we are headed upgraded bit by
bit. Find a few people who have the ability to reason
for themselves, help free those minds from the conditioning they’ve had…
and who knows.
