Enemy Expatriation Act (HR 3166) is the final link in our chain of bondage.

Enemy Expatriation Act (HR 3166) is the final link in our chain of ...

If this bill passes, Enemy Expatriation Act (HR 3166), and if precedence is any indication, it will, we will officially be living in a “Brave New World”.  While the Patriot Act and the NDAA of 2011 are scary, they still had enough left out to give U.S. citizens limited protection. This bill fills in all the loopholes of NDAA 2011 and for all intents and purposes WILL allow janet reno, eric holder, “el presidente”, any governmental enforcement agency,  bureaucrats, etc  to define enemies of the state!!

Wording from the bill:  “the power to brand Americans as hostiles for “engaging in, or purposefully and materially supporting, hostilities against the United States,” where “the term ‘hostilities’ means any conflict subject to the laws of war.”

This is really it folks!! The stage is now set for members of our government to officially start rounding up their ideological enemies. The only thing left is the American version of the Nuremberg Laws.  I have seen it coming for a number of years yet I still have a hard time believing it now that its this close to fruition.  I am not sure how long it will take but in the near future, even the act of reading an article such as this will get you on “The List.”

The time has come to face the horrifying reality, our  future, our freedom, and our lives are going to, sooner rather than later, become severely threatened.

Both 'United States' and 'hostilities/ laws of war' would have to be defined clearly . The latter seems to be very general these days, and subject to the discretion of the authorities.

Does the Fed even possess the authority to strip Americans of their nationality?

By all accounts, criminals in Govt. who have acted illegally, esp. with regards to PNAC, 9/11, TWAT, should be the first to be prosecuted if the bill were to pass.

Good point Tommy, plus if states were to secede, it wouldn't mean a thing.

It reminds me of excommunication to a certain extent...protestors or those critical of Govt. are certainly treated like heretics in these times.
